~ Members will often meet in small groups during the other months to collaborate on specific aspects of song writing or specific songs.

We have an annual competition for Song of the Year with these awards:
1st Place - $100
2nd Place - $75
3d Place - $50
Our Song of the Year competitions are funded by guitar raffles and cd sales at performances. Winners of the 2010 Song of the Year Awards:

We have periodic performances by our FWG members throughout the region in order to showcase our songs.
Membership in FWG & FSG entitles you to enter the Song of the Year competition.
